Will GST be charged extra ? Or Is GST inclusive in the price ?
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST. GST will be charged at the time of check out. Most of the products fall in the 5% GST bracket as of now. Some may have 12%. However, GST rates are dependent on government policies.
Is there a minimum ordering quantity ?
For items sold in meters, the minimum order quantity is 1.00 meters and in multiples of 0.50 meters thereon. For items sold as a piece, the minimum order quantity is 1.
What if the item I have ordered is out of stock ?
If you order an item which is out of stock, we shall get in touch with you over email or phone to inform you about the possibility of shipping that item. If the item is productionable, the lead time could be between 2-4 weeks. If the item is not re-orderable or productionable, then the money shall be refunded to your account or you can cancel that order and place another order with us. Can I order fabrics in fractional quantities ?
You can order in multiples of 0.50 meters. The minimum order for fabrics is 1 metre.

How can I be sure of fabric or product color ?Each product image is shot by professional in-house product photographers to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible. However, colors may vary according to different screens on which it is being viewed and therefore it can only be an approximation of the actual product.
Are all fabrics available online also available at your stores and vice versa ?
We have multiple locations for inventory. It is not necessary that you will find all items everywhere. Sometimes few items at stores may not be available online and vice versa. Though we try to update all inventory on our website. But, it may not be possible always as we have thousands of SKUs.

Will my fabric be shipped in one cut?
All orders of fabrics under 10 meters are likely to be shipped in one cut. However, orders of more than 10 meters may be shipped in more than one cut. All of this depends upon the availability of stock and its piece length.
What if my order is damaged in transit or shipment is found tampered at the time of delivery?
In case you find the packet tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not take the delivery of the packet. You are advised to click a photo of the packet and send it to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us at 18008910056. We shall settle the issue with the shipping agency. We will replace the shipment or refund you the money as desired by you.
What is FFAB’s exchange policy?
Exchanges are not accepted. We strongly recommend you recheck before ordering. You can place a trial order of 1 meter to check or can request for a swatch. For details about this, please refer to the swatch policy in the footer section.
Is shipping charged extra ?
Flat shipping fees of 100/- is charged for order value of under 1000/-. All order values of more than 1000/- qualifies for FREE Shipping within India. All international orders are charged shipping as per shipping policy of International Orders.

How is the shipping rate calculated for international orders?
Our international shipping partners are DHL. The shipping is calculated automatically at the check out depending upon the weight of the goods ordered and the zip code of your country.
How long does it take to ship internationally?
It usually takes 7-15 days for the ordered goods to be delivered to your doorstep. We generally ship the goods within 2-4 working days.
Do I have to bear the local taxes when I receive my order?
All import duties and local taxes if applicable is to be borne by the customer and payable to the shipping agency at the time of delivery. Please be aware about the local taxes and duties that you may incur upon ordering when the goods arrive in your country. What is your Return Policy for international orders?
Every item is properly inspected before shipping. However, sometimes mistakes can happen or the goods may get damaged during transit. In case any defective or damaged goods are shipped to the client by mistake, we accept full responsibility for the same. Our representative will get in touch with you shortly after that. We shall process the refund within 14 days or or issue the store credit in such a case.
We strongly recommend not to accept the packet if you find it tampered at the time of delivery. In all other circumstances, returns are not accepted and fabrics are cut to your order. In case of damaged or defective goods, you do not have to return the product of us.
What is your international order cancellation Policy?
All orders can be cancelled until the goods are shipped.Generally we try to ship the goods within 2-3 days of receiving the order. So, you are requested to request for cancellation of your order within that time. Do you have standardized prices for domestic and international orders?
Prices are the same across the geography. The only difference is in the shipping cost which varies according to the destination. There could be minor differences because of the exchange rate sometimes.

Yes, you can pay from a foreign country and get your product delivered in India. For the same, please mention it clearly in the remarks box at the time of check out. Arghh!! Annoyed much? Take a deep breath and try again! That’s the best way out! However, if it still doesn’t work, you will receive an abandoned cart recovery email in your mailbox. You can try again and place your order. In case your payment has failed & deducted from your account, and the order has not been placed, ping our customer support and we assure you, your concern will be addressed on priority.
Why is international shipping not free?
Since international shipping costs are high, it is not possible to have a free shipping facility and also it varies across countries. FFAB has a well negotiated rate contract with its international shipping partners and we charge on actuals. If you have a shipping partner, we shall be happy to handover your packet to them.
