If you would like to cancel an order, you can do it until we haven’t shipped the products. It is preferable to place the cancellation request within 24 hours from order placement.
If we haven't shipped the items, we shall cancel the order and process a refund in your bank account or issue store credits depending on your choice.
If your order is already shipped, kindly note that we will not be able to cancel your order and request you to check our RETURN and REFUND POLICY. (hyperlink to the page)
In rare cases, upon receipt of an order, we may also cancel the order because of the non-availability of stock. In case the order is cancelled by us, we shall process the refund in 7 working days.
All refunds will be credited to the account from which the initial payment was made.
