All our running fabrics and textile products go through strict quality checks before shipment to ensure that the fabric/product is delivered in order. 

Each product image is shot professionally to ensure that the images are representative of the actual fabric/textile product. However, there might be a slight variation in colour due to the difference in the screens on which the product is viewed. Hence, it can only be an approximation of the actual product. 

As all fabrics are cut to the individual order of a client, we do not accept any RETURNS on Fabrics and Pre-Cut Fabrics unless we have shipped you a defective fabric piece. We also do not accept any RETURNS on discounted items of any kind. We also do not accept any returns on products under Swatches Section. 

All other items except the products mentioned above like Sarees, Stole/Scarves, Dupatta, Unstitched Sets etc and all items under the section Unstitched can be returned within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the shipment. The items must be in the same packing condition (packed properly and must be unused) if it is to be returned. 

How to Place a Return Request 

For all items that are applicable for returns, kindly drop us an email at support@ffab.com with your order and item reference number and we shall schedule a pick-up from the given shipping address. Please note that all returns will only be picked up from the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. 

Once we receive your return our team will inspect the package. Once approved, the refund shall be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving. 

Where Will I Receive the Refund

The refund will be credited back to the same mode of payment. Instead of a refund, you may also opt for store credit. Kindly specify this in your return request email. All store credits will be issued within a week’s time.
