We inspect all running fabrics and textile products for quality before shipment to ensure that the fabric/product is delivered in order.

Each product image is shot by professional in-house product photographers to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible. However, colors may vary according to different screens on which it is being viewed and therefore it can only be an approximation of the actual product.

As all fabrics are cut to the individual order of a client. We do not accept any RETURNS on products under categories of Fabrics, Pre-Cut Fabric, Best Bargains (SALE)  and Swatches  categories unless we have shipped you a defective fabric piece.

All other items under the category Unstitched like Sarees, Stole/Scarves, Dupatta, Unstitched Sets, can be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the shipment. The items must be in the same packing condition (packed properly and must be unused) if it is being returned.

PLEASE note that No Returns are accepted on any product across all categories which are in the Best Bargains or SALE/DISCOUNT Section. 

In case of items applicable to returns, the request for returns must be raised on email support@ffab.com with your order and item reference number and we shall schedule a pick-up from the shipping address. Please note that all returns will only be picked up from the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. 

After the returns have been received at our back office, our team will inspect it for its condition and once approved, the refund shall be processed in a maximum of 10 days. The refund will be credited back into the same mode of payment. Instead of refund, you may also opt for store credit which you need to specify in the email.  All store credits will be issued within a week.
