• Most of our natural Indian textiles are made on a handloom or a power loom, dyed using bucket dyeing process or natural dyes. The weaving and dyeing process may contain some irregularities, but that only adds to the beauty of these textiles. Such irregularities should in no way be treated as defects.
  • We put in sincere efforts in matching colors/details of each product as close as to the original piece, but in some cases, the color output may reflect differently on a variety of screens.
  • All fabrics sold in running meters are not eligible for any Return or Exchange. We do not provide any guarantee for the zari work or the colors of the textiles.
  • We request you to follow the recommended Wash Care Guidelines. However, since each fabric is woven, dyed, embroidered or printed uniquely, we do not provide any guarantee for the color. A lot of our textiles belong to the cottage and handloom industry and we have no control over the production process. Hence, kindly follow proper wash care instructions.
