All our running fabrics and textile products go through strict quality checks before shipment to ensure that the fabric/product is delivered in order. 

Each product image is shot professionally to ensure that the images are representative of the actual fabric/textile product. However, there might be a slight variation in colour due to the difference in the screens on which the product is viewed. Hence, it can only be an approximation of the actual product. 

As all fabrics are cut to the individual order of a client, we do not accept any RETURNS on Fabrics and Pre-Cut Fabrics unless we have shipped you a defective fabric piece. We also do not accept any RETURNS on discounted items of any kind. We also do not accept any returns on products under Swatches Section. 

All other items except the products mentioned above like Sarees, Stole/Scarves, Dupatta, Unstitched Sets etc and all items under the section Unstitched can be returned within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the shipment. The items must be in the same packing condition (packed properly and must be unused) if it is to be returned. 

How to Place a Return Request 

For all items that are applicable for returns, kindly drop us an email at support@ffab.com with your order and item reference number and we shall schedule a pick-up from the given shipping address. Please note that all returns will only be picked up from the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. 

Once we receive your return our team will inspect the package. Once approved, the refund shall be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving. 

Where Will I Receive the Refund

The refund will be credited back to the same mode of payment. Instead of a refund, you may also opt for store credit. Kindly specify this in your return request email. All store credits will be issued within a week’s time.

We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on orders worth INR 999 (Nine hundred ninety-nine only) and above. Flat shipping of INR 99 is applicable on all orders below INR 999. 

Free shipping or paid shipping as the case may be will be calculated at checkout. 

Orders weighing upto 5kgs will be shipped by AIR mode and shall be delivered within 4-6 working days from the date of shipment. While orders weighing more than 10 kgs will be sent by surface mode and shall take 7-15 days to get delivered depending on the destination. 

Kindly Note: All deliveries must be acknowledged by the signature of the customer along with the contact telephone number. 

If the packet is found to have tampered with, it must not be accepted by the customer and shall be returned to the shipping agency as received. We shall not undertake any liability once the tampered packet is received & opened by the customer. In case you find the packet tampered with at the time of receiving delivery, please do not accept delivery and click a photo of the packet and drop us a WhatsApp at 9650 700 711 or email us at support@ffab.com along with your order reference number and we shall immediately get in touch with you. If you have chosen to accept a tampered packet, we shall not be responsible for any damage and inappropriateness of the goods sent to you.

Standard Shipping Time

While we aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days, it may take upto 3-5 working days to dispatch orders in some cases. Kindly note, we do not operate on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Indian Bank Holidays.

We have a reputed network of shipping partners like Bluedart, FedEx and Delhivery. You can check your order status via the “Track Your Order” section on our website. 

For orders received from Tier 3 cities and other remote parts of India, we use India Post (Speed Post) for delivering the orders. In the case of such shipments, the delivery may take between 7-15 days as per India Post Delivery timelines. All India Post shipments can be tracked at https://www.indiapost.gov.in.

1. Most of our natural Indian textiles are made on a handloom or a power loom, dyed using bucket dyeing process or natural dyes. The weaving and dyeing process may contain some irregularities, but that only adds to the beauty of these textiles. Such irregularities should in no way be treated as defects.

2. We put in sincere efforts in matching colours/details of each product as close as to the original piece, but in some cases, the colour output may reflect differently on a variety of screens.
3. All fabrics sold in running metres are not eligible for any Return or Exchange. We do not provide any guarantee for the zari work or the colours of the textiles.
4. We request you to follow the recommended Wash Care Guidelines. However, since each fabric is woven, dyed, embroidered or printed uniquely, we do not provide any guarantee for the colour. A lot of our textiles belong to the cottage and handloom industry and we have no control over the production process. Hence, kindly follow proper wash care instructions.

• Wash Care Guidelines: 

  • We advise you to read the wash care instructions carefully before buying the fabric. In case the textiles are fashioned into a stitched garment or go through any modification like stitching, embroidery, dyeing, printing and more, we will not be accountable for any colour bleed. 
  • All Sarees, Unstitched sets, Dupattas, Stoles/Scarves are recommended for Dry clean only. 
  • Fabrics and Products that fall under the cottage and handloom industry carry certain irregularities that only adds to the beauty of the textiles. No standard norms or parameters are followed during the production and hence, we recommend our clients to handle these fabrics with extra care. Kindly go through our wash care guide for more details. 
  • All fabrics and textile products crafted by the artisans and weavers of India are recommended for dry clean only. There are no standard norms for producing such fabrics and we do not have control over the manufacturing process of the same. Since they are made using natural dyes by the seasoned hands of the artisans, some irregularities may occur.  
  • Generally, all non-silk fabrics which are mill dyed/yarn dyed can be home washed in soft detergents. 
  • All piece dyed fabrics that are not mill dyed but bucket dyed are recommended for dry clean only.

  Kindly Note:

  1. We try to be as specific as possible for washing care of each fabric but looking at the produce from where it originates and the large collection of fabrics and textile products that we carry, it may not be possible to be specific to each fabric or textile product. 
  2. Wash care instructions given on our website against each product and fabric is general instruction. Claims can not be entertained if such instructions are found not to be followed. 
  3. At times, it is difficult to establish the fact whether such wash care instructions have been followed by the client or not. We generally do not entertain any claims on colour bleeding and other things unless it is proven that proper wash care instructions have been followed. Hence, such claims may take their own time to be handled anywhere between 15-30 days.
